How to merge documents online

To merge documents registration is not required.
Online document merger is 100% FREE for both guest and registered users. However, by registering an account you can benefit from advanced options and all premium features for free that are available only to registered users.

Merge documents online without registration

  1. Go to Online Document Merger page.
  2. Use our user-friendly wizard or scroll page down to the bottom to see all available formats.
  3. Select desired format from dropdown.
    For example Merge DOCX, Merge XLSX, Merge PPTX, etc.
  4. Select ‘Master’ document by click on the right side file upload block or ‘Drag n Drop’ file into it. The ‘Master’ document is the document into which all other documents will be merged.
  5. Select ‘Merge’ documents by click on the left side file upload block or ‘Drag n Drop’ files into it. You can select up to 5 documents.
  6. Click on Merge button.
  7. After merging is complete click on ‘Download’ button to get your result document.

Merge documents online as registered user

In order to merge documents using our free online built-in document merger, follow those steps:

  1. Login to your account or register if you do not own one yet. It’s FREE!
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a documents.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then select at list ‘two’ documents of the same type and click on ‘Merge’ button to merge them.
  5. The merge dialog will pop-up. From the drop down with selected file name select ‘Master’ file or leave it as it is to use master document selected by default.

Multiple files

Merge up to 6 documents at once.

  1. Login to your account or register if you do not own one yet. It’s FREE!
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on document name to open it with document merger app.
  5. Select up to 6 documents and click ‘Merge’ button.
  6. The merge dialog will pop-up. From the drop down with selected file name select ‘Master’ file or leave it as it is to use master document selected by default.
