With our FREE and unlimited document cloud storage. you can share any of your documents with your friends or colleagues via direct link, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn even if they do not have MS Office / OpenOffice installed. All documents can be viewed, signed and annotated directly from our built-in apps.

How to share your documents

At conholdate.app we care about your privacy and understand that some documents might contain sensitive information, that is why we offer different set of sharing options for you.

Share document

You can create as many sharing links as you want, so in case if you decide to revoke access from someone with whom your already shared the link, this won’t be a problem. That is why we advise to create one link per person/site/blog.

  1. Login to your account or register if you do not own one yet. It’s FREE!
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on icon.
  5. Select View, Sign or Annotate from dropdown menu and click on Create link button.

Share document on Facebook

Post and share PDF, Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents on Facebook.
After sharing link is created using steps described above, you can share your documents via facebook with just one click.

  1. From your dashboard open sharing dialog by clicking on icon next to document that you want to share.
  2. In sharing dialog window click on icon next to the link that you want to share.
  3. From extended sharing options click on icon.
  4. New window will popup, add desired description and click on Post to Facebook button.

Share document on LinkedIn

Post and share PDF, Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents on LinkedIn.
After sharing link is created using steps described above, you can share your documents via facebook with just one click.

  1. From your dashboard open sharing dialog by clicking on icon next to document that you want to share.
  2. In sharing dialog window click on icon next to the link that you want to share.
  3. From extended sharing options click on icon.
  4. New window will popup, click on Share in post or Send as private message button.

Share document on Twitter

Post and share PDF, Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents on Twitter.
After sharing link is created using steps described above, you can share your documents via facebook with just one click.

  1. From your dashboard open sharing dialog by clicking on icon next to document that you want to share.
  2. In sharing dialog window click on icon next to the link that you want to share.
  3. From extended sharing options click on icon.
  4. New window will popup, add desired description and click on Tweet button.

When it comes to sensitive data and you want to make sure that no one else will see it, except for the person whom it addressed to, use our one-time link service. One-time link speaks for itself, one-time shared link can be viewed/opened only once. After first access, link will return 404 error for all further requests.

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  3. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on icon.
  4. Select View, Sign or Annotate from dropdown menu.
  5. Click on one-time link checkbox to activate it.
  6. Click on Create link button.

When one-time link document is opened for the first time, one-time link becomes expired and unavailable for further access. Link status also will be updated in document’s sharing dialog by fading into light-gray color.

Sharing options and permissions

With sharing permissions you can allow or disallow different actions against your documents.

Allow/Disallow downloading shared document

You can enable and disable download button when sharing documents.

  1. From your dashboard open sharing dialog by clicking on icon.
  2. In sharing dialog window click on icon.
  3. In sharing permissions dialog, next to Allow downloads click on or icons to enable or disable downloads for selected document.
  4. After click on Save button.

Allow/Disallow printing shared document

You can enable and disable print button when sharing documents.

  1. From your dashboard open sharing dialog by clicking on icon.
  2. In sharing dialog window click on icon.
  3. In sharing permissions dialog, next to Allow printing click on or icons to enable or disable printing for selected document.
  4. Click on Save button.
