How to view documents online

To view documents registration is not required.
Online document viewer is 100% FREE for both guest and registered users. However, by registering an account you can benefit from advanced options and all premium features for free that are available only to registered users.

View documents online without registration

  1. Go to Online Document Viewer page.
  2. Use our user-friendly wizard or scroll page down to the bottom to see all available formats.
  3. Select desired format from dropdown.
    For example View DOCX, View XLSX, View PPTX, etc.
  4. Click on Upload icon and upload a document.
  5. After upload is complete, click on View button.

View documents online as registered user

In order to view documents using our free online built-in document viewer, follow those steps:

  1. Login to your account or register if you do not own one yet. It’s FREE!
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on document name to view document.

Search text in documents

Search text in your documents, it’s easy and simple!

  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on document name to open it with document viewer app.
  5. Click on icon from Document Viewer’s navigation top bar.

Zoom in and out documents

Our online document viewer can display documents thumbnails, to do so, just follow those steps:

  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on document name to open it with document viewer app.
  5. Click on icon from Document Viewer’s navigation top bar to toggle thumbnails.

Open password protected documents

If document is password protected, you will be prompted to enter a password.

  1. Login to your account or register if you do not own one yet. It’s FREE!
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click on Upload button and upload a document.
  4. Wait until uploading and processing is complete, then click on document name to open it with document viewer app.
  5. Type in document’s password in password dialog that will pop up on document opening.
